How do I submit my property?
You can easily submit your property through our user dashboard. Simply create an account, click “Add Property,” fill in the required details (including your Trade License or Title Deed number), upload images, and submit for review.
Is listing a property really free?
Yes — anyone can list a property on Bridgewater Estate for free. If you’d like extra visibility, you can upgrade to a Premium Listing for AED 100, which keeps your property featured at the top of search results for 30 days.
How long does it take to get my property approved?
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours, provided all required details (Trade License for agents, Title Deed for owners) are submitted correctly.
Can I feature my property listing?
Yes. You can upgrade any listing to Premium for AED 100 for 30 days. Premium listings appear higher in search results and get significantly more visibility. This can be renewed at any time.
Why did my listing drop in search results?
To keep listings accurate, older properties naturally rank lower over time. If your property is still available, simply refresh your listing from your dashboard to move it back to the top of search results.
