How to use this website

Bridgewater Estates provides property information, buyer guides and enquiry tools. A website listing, comparison or shortlist is a starting point for discussion, not confirmation that an exact unit is available or reserved.

Before committing, obtain the current written unit quotation, payment schedule, availability and relevant sale documents. Confirm proposed amenities, delivery dates, service charges, incentives, letting conditions and resale restrictions with the relevant parties. Planned projects and target dates should not be read as completed or guaranteed.

Enquiries and payments

The website enquiry forms request information so Bridgewater can respond. They do not take reservation payments or complete a property purchase. Do not submit card details, passwords or financial documents through an enquiry form. Confirm any separate payment instruction directly with the authorised recipient before acting.
