Porto Playa is a design-led beachfront residential development on Hayat Island within Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. Created through a partnership between RAK Properties and Ellington Properties, the project combines contemporary coastal architecture with expansive Arabian Gulf views and the relaxed character of an exclusive beach-club destination.

The collection comprises 282 residences, with one- to four-bedroom apartments and larger homes ranging from approximately 437 to 6,323 square feet, according to the developer.
