The broader brochure illustrates additional configurations, including 1BR Suites of 633.99–908.90 sq ft and larger 2BR layouts reaching approximately 2,065.5 sq ft. Match the selected apartment's floorplan and area schedule to its sales offer and SPA; dimensions and balconies vary by stack and floor.

Payment plans and buying costs

The linked factsheet names three structures: Standard 50/50, Advanced 70/30 and Post-handover 60/40. It does not provide a dated unit-specific instalment calendar. Ask which plans apply to your unit, the reservation amount, construction milestones, handover balance, post-handover duration and any price differences. Do not assume a mortgage will fund a future balance.

SKAI sits on the harbour side of Raha Island within the wider Mina community. The developer's masterplan places it near Mina Harbour and Mina Boulevard, with the wider island vision including marina, retail and hospitality destinations. Masterplan labels are planned context; they do not guarantee opening dates, access rights or an unobstructed view from any apartment.
